Previously, Uhlman spent 12 years at Eaton leading sales and marketing efforts and developing Eaton’s businesses with energy service companies, global data centers and retail facilities. Uhlman has also held leadership roles with GE, Siemens, and Schneider Electric.

His degrees include a Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies, an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BSEE from North Dakota State University.
